Based on parental feedback, the following areas have been identified for improvement:
Communication Volume: Reduce the number of individual emails by consolidating information into a single "end-of-day" or "weekly" digest.
Depth of Feedback: Parents would like more than the standard 5-minute parents' evening slot to discuss academic progress in detail.
Home Support: Provide clearer, more specific guidance and resources for parents to help support their child's learning at home.
Stretching High Achievers: Ensure consistent challenge and tailored tasks for children who are exceeding age-related expectations.
